About Patty

I have been a Professional Organizer since 2007 and have enjoyed helping clients declutter, organize, and simplify spaces in their homes. My residential organizing services are tailored to individual clients, and helping others reach their goals is my top priority. I am excited to share my background and knowledge with you on how I helped others simplify their lives and their spaces.

Like so many others, I have had my fair share of times I wish I had been more organized. I learned about being organized and its tremendous benefits at an early age. Growing up, I shared a bedroom (with no closet!) with two sisters and later as a young mother, raised four children under the age of five in a 1,000 square foot apartment. These living situations mandated I learn to be organized and have a place for everything.

My passion for simplifying spaces certainly grew out of these experiences, but more importantly, my desire to help others organize their spaces has been fueled by the positive end result. I know how much being organized and feeling in control has meant to me, and I truly believe it is a skill anyone can learn. Our lives are stressful enough already, and anything we can do to bring a sense of calm and simplicity to them, is truly a plus.

An active mother of four children, I graduated from Hamilton College (Clinton, NY) in 1980 with a BA in Psychology and English. I spent a number of years working in the field of Communications and Development, as well as serving as the Director of Human Resources for a private 600-bed hospital, before I left the work force to devote time to raising my children and volunteering in the community. Over the years, I have held board positions on: PTO Council, High School Sports Boosters, Football Boosters, Youth Soccer Association, the Eastside Welcome Club, Parish Council, WildeWood Women's Club, WildeWood VII Home Owner's Association, and community fund-raising events.

I am also a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and have held board positions with the NAPO-North Coast Ohio Chapter, including a two year term as Chapter President.
